Vans towing has excellent service. I had a flat tire. I couldn’t find anyone in the Grosse Pointe are to come out to change it. I called Vans and they were at my house in 20 minutes. The gentleman who changed my tire was very courteous and had my tire changed within 10 minutes. It is so refreshing to have outstanding customer service. From the timing to tidying up the small details; It was stress free from start to finish. I’ve never witnessed such a smooth tow service until today, he was so professional and knowledgeable.
